This website, dothemarketing.com, is operated by Do The Marketing, a digital marketing agency run by Emad Ahmed and based in Egypt. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Do The Marketing.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in a form on this site, we collect what you enter:

• Free audit form: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, website URL, the services you’re interested in, your monthly ad budget range, and any message you write.
• Early access form: your name, email address, and optionally your website URL.

If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we also receive the details you share in that conversation.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our service providers may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, the page that referred you, and how you interact with the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request, prepare your free audit, and contact you about it by email or WhatsApp.
• To notify you when our tools, such as Vantage SEO, become available, if you joined the early access list.
• To understand how visitors use the site and measure the results of our advertising, so we can improve both.
• To keep the site secure and working properly.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

• Hostinger: website hosting, database storage, and email.

• WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to message us there.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and related messages for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our relationship with you. Early access emails are kept until the tool launches and you’ve been notified, or until you ask us to remove you. We delete your information sooner if you ask us to, unless we must keep it by law.

How we protect it

The site uses HTTPS encryption, and access to submitted data is limited to us. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email info@dothemarketing.com. We’ll reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
